Living at The Vantage

Do I need a car to live here?

No. Union Station is one block away for the A Line to the airport and the light rail, the Platte River Trail is four blocks north, and most of downtown is a fifteen-minute walk. Garage parking is $175 a month if you keep one, and there is secure bike storage with a repair stand.

How fast is the internet?

The building is wired for gigabit service from two providers, and it is included in the amenity fee along with the coworking floor.

What is included in the rent?

Gigabit internet, the coworking floor, the fitness studio, the rooftop pool and the coffee bar are covered by a $65 monthly amenity fee. Water, sewer and trash are billed back on the resident ledger, and electricity is set up in your own name.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Cats and dogs are welcome with no breed restrictions, up to two pets per residence and 80 pounds each. Pet rent is $40 a month and the refundable pet deposit is $350.

How long are the leases?

Twelve and fourteen-month leases are standard, with shorter terms when availability allows.

Is there somewhere to work from home?

A full floor of it: shared tables, six private call rooms you can book in the app, and the coffee bar next door.

How do I apply?

Apply online in about ten minutes with a photo ID and proof of income. The application fee is $50 per adult and most decisions come back within one business day.
